Que es la calidad de vida urbana? Tiene los mismos parámetros en las diferentes partes de la ciudad? Estamos tomando medidas como sociedad para fomentarla? Estas interrogantes son la base planteada en el proyecto de urbanismo ascendente; en el cual se pretende inicialmente identificar este concepto de acuerdo a las necesidades y puntos de vista de la base ciudadana y posteriormente en un ejercicio de autoanálisis urbano, convocar a los actores activos de la sociedad, ya sean individuales o grupales, a participar en esta propuesta conjunta con el objetivo común de unir los esfuerzos aislados y crear una plataforma de proyectos y ayuda con mayor exposición y fuerza. Siendo esta una preocupación manifiesta por diferentes grupos y asociaciones civiles.

La metodología propuesta es la creación de una pagina de Internet, donde ser recaben las diferentes formas que la sociedad participativa esta interactuando con la ciudad y se vayan mostrando de una forma gráfica e interactiva todas estas acciones y/o propuestas.

La convocatoria será por los siguientes canales:

-Invitación directa a las asociaciones civiles enlistados en el registro municipal.
-Invitación a grupos culturales y sociales identificados en la ciudad.
-Invitación por listas de correos.
-Invitación a universidades e instituciones de enseñanza superior.
-Convocatoria abierta a la comunidad a través de medios de comunicación.
-Convocatoria por medio de delegaciones municipales.

La estructura propuesta de la página consiste en un formato muy sencillo y atractivo donde en una sola pagina se puedan ingresar datos que automáticamente se muestren por medio de graficas y/o mapas estadísticos que reflejen el nivel de participación ciudadana, la ubicación física de las propuestas o acciones así como una categorización del tipo de propuestas (social, ambiental, económica)

También existirá un listado con las propuestas donde se podrán acceder a información mas detallada de cada una de ellas, así como un banco de imágenes en un carrusel que muestre fotografías, proyectos, bosquejos.

La intención de utilizar el Internet como una forma de participación es abrir un canal gratuito y de fácil acceso desde cualquier punto de la ciudad. Además podrían instalarse centros de acopio de información en las delegaciones para que la gente interesada que no tenga acceso a Internet pudiera participar.

Es importante resaltar que esta herramienta es solo una plataforma donde la importancia radicara en el nivel de participación ciudadana y los esfuerzos estarán enfocados en propiciarla.

PROJECT STRUCTURE

What is the Urban Quality of Life? Is it measured with the same parameters in the different parts from the city? Are we taking measures as a society to foment it? Although it’s widely used, it is not a tangible concept therefore the initial idea is to create a tool to identify in a practical manner the levels of Urban Quality of Life for each sector of the city.

This exercise of auto-analysis shall integrate the active citizen participants of the society, either individual or organized groups, to participate in this joint proposal with the common objective to unite the isolated efforts and create a strong platform of projects with greater exhibition and force.

The proposed methodology is the creation of an Internet page that gathers the different forms that the participative society is interacting with the city and all these actions and/or proposals will be instantaneously shown in a very graphical and interactive way.

The call will be by the following channels:

- Direct Invitation to the enlisted civil associations in the municipal registry.
- Invitation to identified cultural and social groups in the city.
- Invitation by e-lists.
- Invitation to universities and institutions of superior education.
- Call opened to the community through mass media.

The proposed structure of the page consists of a very simple and attractive format where a single page will show statistical data automatically will reflect graphs and/or maps that reflect the level of citizen participation, the physical location of the proposals or actions as well as the indicator of Urban Life Quality, as well as a bank of images, photographies, projects, sketches, etc.

The final phase is to promote the execution of these projects by creating a mechanism where groups or individuals are linked to the existing available funds, to promote architectural participation and interaction of the projects through universities, architects associations, local firms, competitions. The concept is to create a project incubator, a Resource Project Center.

This investigation intends to create and probe a model of social participation in the shape of the cities.
